30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

🚫 Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@osmirah.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@osmirah.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product (if unopened) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
